Temperature DOES matter!

The temperature of your sleep environment can significantly impact the quality of your sleep and overall well-being.

When you feel too hot or too cold, it can disrupt your sleep and make it difficult to fall, or stay asleep. Extreme temperatures can cause discomfort, leading to tossing and turning throughout the night. This can obviously leave you feeling groggy and fatigued the next day.

A good night's sleep is directly linked to healthier vitals, like blood pressure, circulation and digestion. Moreover, being at a comfortable temperature during sleep has additional health benefits. It can improve the quality of your skin by preventing excessive dryness or sweating. It also supports the body's natural healing processes, as sleep is a time when the body repairs and rejuvenates itself.
